Heathen Systems is proud to offer a program that provides a significant discount to those currently serving or that have served our country whether in the military, law enforcement, emergency services and/or as a first responder. Joining the program is very simple - verify your credentials with us and you get the discount.

 

Who is eligible?

 

You will receive the discount as long as you are a member of one of the groups listed below.

 

• US Military: Active, Reserve and National Guard

• US Military: Retirees and Veterans

• Law Enforcement: Federal, State and Local

• Emergency Services/First Responder: Federal, State and Local

 

How do I prove I’m eligible?

 

There are many ways to prove you are eligible, so find one that is most comfortable for you. We care deeply about personal security and privacy and will do everything to protect your information. We only need the minimum amount of information required to prove your credentials.

 

• Email Address: The easiest and fastest way to prove eligibility is to email us from an official account. If you do not want us to use this email as the primary address for communications we will gladly communicate through a different address once we have confirmed the validity of that address.

• Picture of ID, DD214 or other official document: If you choose to send us a photo of your ID, DD214 or other official document, please redact any information that is not relevant to proving that you (your name) was a part of the organization you signed up under. For example, if you send a Photo ID, all we need to see is your name and that the ID is official, we don’t need your address, service number or even your picture.

• Official Letter: Many organizations will provide a letter on official letterhead that confirms that you are part of that organization.

• Other Forms of Proof: We will accept other forms of proof as long as we can determine you are who you say you are. If you do not want to use one of the common methods above, please email us and we will work with you to make this process as easy and confidential as possible.

• First and Last Name

• Military Branch

• Military Status: Active, Reserve, National Guard. Retired, Veteran

• Attached form of proof if you are not using an official email address

• Items you wish to purchase

• Organization

• Status (Federal, State, Local or Retired)

• Attached form of proof if you are not using an official email address

• The items you wish to purchase.

 

Once we receive your email we will respond no later than the next business day with a confirmation email. If we accept your credentials we will also provide you with the discount prices for your order and provide details to complete your purchase.
